My 90-Day Strategic Thinking Framework ensures you achieve your goals quickly and effectively. If you need organizational or financial structure, strategy development for your business niche, assistance to sell profitably, and want to grow by acquisition, partnering with me is wise.
We’ll meet for 60 to 90 minutes per session to discuss your challenges and develop a strategic plan. In the initial 60 to 90-minute session, we’ll determine what critical decisions you must make in the next 90 days. Together, we’ll develop a strategic plan to implement immediately. To ensure you have enough time to implement your new strategies, we’ll meet monthly or bi-monthly.
And I understand that questions and concerns may arise between sessions. When you partner with me, you can call or text me whenever you need me.
In each session following, I’ll hold you accountable for those actions and determine your next steps. Accountability is vital for executive coaching to work. If you don’t follow through, we won’t work together long. But if you do, you’ll make valuable gains in your business.
My 90-Day Approach
In my executive business coaching services, I take a 90-day approach. In the first 90 days of working together, we’ll pinpoint your most prominent challenges and formulate an action plan. We’ll work together to define your success and work toward that end.
Once those 90 days are complete, I’ll focus on accountability, which is critical in a successful coaching arrangement. I’ll partner with you and hold you accountable for as long as you need so you can accomplish your goals.
